Club Adventures Closure

All current bookings will continue to be managed pre-departure and operated as all Club Adventures bookings have been. This includes retail departures and private groups.

Yes. The Departure Lounge will remain live for access to all bookings and pre-departure information.

The Club Adventures Inside Sales team remains available for any questions, tour changes, and support throughout all departures booked before October 31st, 2024.  

Any Future Travel Credits on file for retail departures will be honored by Intrepid Travel.  Any Future Travel Credits from custom/private groups will need to be reviewed on an individual basis. 

The same in-destination support will be available to travelers and agents on every departure. Intrepid Travel has a robust Incident Management Procedure and offices worldwide to assist with emergencies and on-the-ground situations. The Club Adventures team will remain available for agent and Club communication for any client issues or problems while traveling. 

As long as we have travelers, we’ll be here for you. Call Center will be available through October 31st normal hours, and after, will be available Mon-Friday between 9am – 5pm, for support.

We certainly hope so, but that will be up to Intrepid Travel and AAA to work together to make happen.

Club Adventures is a product line within Exclusive Vacations. As such, Exclusive Vacations will remain as a Club-owned operator for future group and Federation-wide product opportunities. More information on services and products available will be made available in the future. 

You will continue to work with the Club Adventures Call Center for any existing booking support, available Mon-Friday between 9am – 5pm.

Yes, Club Adventures bookings will still be covered by Allianz insurance and Intrepid Travel is also a covered supplier.
