Depart Providence this morning aboard our private luxury transportation. Enjoy the scenery as we make our way to Simon Pearce Glass & Pottery Gallery, known for their beautiful pieces inspired by centuries-old Georgian glassmaking techniques. Enjoy the property and shop before a memorable lunch of locally-sourced food while overlooking the Ottauquechee River waterfall in their Private Dining Room. Early this afternoon we’ll arrive at our hotel and get settled before gathering at Hen of the Wood for a celebratory cocktail. After, we’ll head to Shelburne Farms, a nonprofit on a mission to inspire and cultivate learning for a sustainable future. Located on breathtaking land with historic buildings we’ll enjoy a farm-to-table four-course meal together. (l, d)

After breakfast this morning, we’ll return to Shelburne Farms for a tour of the grounds, including their beautiful flower gardens, as well as partake in a cheese-making course. We’ll meet Shelburne’s cheesemaker and learn how they craft the milk of their Brown Swiss cows into a delicious cheddar cheese. Complete with a tasting this is sure to be a memorable morning! After, lunch at the farm-to-table gastropub, The Farmhouse Tap & Grill awaits. A visit to Vermont isn’t complete without experiencing the Vermont Cheese Trail! We’ll depart Burlington and enjoy visits with tastings at Billings Farm* as we make our way back to Providence. En route we’ll stop for dinner at Revival Kitchen & Bar in Concord, NH.
