Begin the day at Quinta do Agricultor in Ponta Delgada and experience the charm of Azorean agriculture. Meet friendly farm animals, wander through lush crops, and enjoy a true farm-to-table experience with fresh, locally grown produce. Enjoy this informative experience while relaxing in the heart of São Miguel's countryside. After lunch you will drive up to Pico da Barrosa to observe the epic views of Lagoa de Fogo, the crater lake. You will end the day with a relaxing soak in the thermal baths of Caldeiras da Ribeira grande listening to the ethereal sounds of a local handpan musician. (b, l)

En route, make a stop to view the lagoons of the volcanic complex and enjoy a stroll in the lush Canario Nature Reserve where you will enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the flora and fauna of the Azores. On the banks of the Sete Cidades lagoon, enjoy a yoga session and immerse yourself in the natural beauty around you. After, you will visit an idyllic village inside a volcanic caldeira located within the banks of the "twin lakes". Your group will set off for the historic Gorreana Tea Plantation this morning to take an exclusive tour and learn about this iconic place. As the oldest and only tea plantation in Europe, Gorreana Plantation and Factory is an experience not many are able to enjoy. Upon your return to Ponta Delgada, enjoy a yoga session in the lovely city park before enjoying the remainder of the day to use at your leisure to continue your journey of wellness and relaxation! Spend your morning unscripted, enjoying breakfast and your surroundings according to your own schedule. Later in the morning, travel with your group to Furnas for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of watching your lunch be made inside a volcanic hole! You will then visit the gorgeous Botanical Garden of Terra Nostra, where a holistic session in thermal pools awaits you. Emerging relaxed, you will continue on to a local restaurant for dinner and finish your day with a final soak in the thermal pools of Poça da Dona Beja. (b, l, d)

Rise early today for a sunrise yoga session on the east coast of San Miguel. Take in the incredible scenery as you begin your day with relaxation and balance. You will then set off for the natural reserve of Ribeira dos Caldeirões! Here you will find yourself deep in nature, exploring magnificent rivers and waterfalls using different canyoning techniques such as jumps (if you are up for the thrill!), rappels and water slides. Make memories by experiencing Azorean nature in the most adventurous way possible!
